摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着现代科学的快速发展,多学科与生命学科的交叉成为热门,实验动物作为生命学科发展的重要支撑,得到了更广泛的使用。而实验动物质量的严格控制对于以实验动物为研究对象的实验结果的可重复性、稳定性、可靠性至关重要,因此建立完善的实验动物质量保障体系对于实验动物质量的控制必不可少,此外专业技术服务也会进一步维护实验动物质量。清华大学实验动物中心经过十余年的摸索,形成了较为完备的实验动物质量保障体系,并不断完善与之相匹配的专业技术服务,通过对实践经验整理总结,希望为行业内实验动物中心的运行提供参考,立志于为我国实验动物的发展贡献力量。

Abstract: The intersection of multiple disciplines and life sciences has become popular along with the rapid development of modern life science, wherein laboratory animals have been widely used as an important support. The strict quality control of laboratory animals is of vital importance for the repeatability, stability and reliability of animal-based experimental result. In addition, professional technical services will further boost the quality of laboratory animals. After more than ten years of exploration, the Laboratory Animal Center of Tsinghua University has established a relatively complete quality assurance system for laboratory animals and has been continuously improving its professional technical services. Here, Laboratory Animal Center of Tsinghua University aims to provide an operation reference for others by organizing the practical experience over the years, so as to contribute to the development of laboratory animals in China.
